I hired Carl E. Sears to process a divorce for my son whose wife left him 10 years ago, no minor children involved and turned out to be an uncontested divorce. The estranged wife lived in a county far from my son’s country of residence so the divorce was processed through the mail and phone calls. He even went so far as to pick up my son at his home and drive him to the final court hearing because my son does not have a vehicle.
